Returns Policy

I recognise that artworks (particularly jewellery) are personal so If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm sorry to hear that and will issue a refund if:

1. I know you will be returning it within 14 days of receipt - contact me as soon as you know you want to return it

2. It is returned in immaculate condition, unused and unworn carefully repackaged in its original packaging with original documentation

3. I receive it back within 28 days of delivery (The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.)

4. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, I will also be happy to exchange the item.

Please contact me immediately if your item arrives damaged or is faulty. I can arrange for return and either refund you fully or exchange as you wish.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

I will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
