Podium Blue is one of two large neckpieces made as an interpretation of the winners neckwreaths that were worn on the winner's podium in Formula 1.

The influences of kimono layering and geometric patterning are evident here. The overall design of the piece also echoes a Tudor ruff.

This piece is made from deep blue anodised titanium and photographs inlaid into the sheet metal in a technique I developed myself.
